This website is operated by Kove Pickleball, an Australian-owned business. You can contact us at hello@kovepickleball.com.
Products and descriptions
We work hard to describe our products accurately. Some product images on this site are illustrations; colours on screen can differ slightly from the real thing, and paddle weights and dimensions can vary slightly from paddle to paddle. If something you receive isn't as described, you're covered — see our returns policy.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you choose Afterpay, Afterpay's own terms and eligibility criteria apply.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to pay the correct price or receive a full refund.
- Promo codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may carry their own conditions.
Orders
When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't deliver to your address. We'll always tell you if that happens.
Shipping, returns and warranty

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the site: no attempting to break it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or harmful information through its forms. All content — including the Kove name, logo, designs, product illustrations, photos and writing — belongs to Kove or its licensors, and can't be copied or used commercially without our permission.
Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you're giving us permission to publish it on our website and social channels, with your first name and last initial. We publish genuine reviews as they are and never edit them to change their meaning.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except for the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products. Pickleball is a physical sport; please play within your limits and use common sense on court.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and of the state or territory in which Kove is based.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
