Shipping costs and times

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and state public holidays. The free shipping threshold applies to your order subtotal before any promo code is applied.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking, sent to your inbox the day it leaves us. If you haven't heard from us within 1–3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at hello@kovepickleball.com.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia, including PO boxes and parcel lockers. We don't ship internationally yet. Deliveries to regional and remote areas (including parts of WA, the NT, far north Queensland and Tasmania's west coast) can take a few days longer than the estimates above.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Weather, peak periods (like the lead-up to Christmas) and carrier delays can occasionally slow things down. If your order is taking noticeably longer than the estimate, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.
Checking your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll update it. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll re-send it once the reshipping cost is covered.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than five business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo if something's damaged). We'll work with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Gifts
Sending Kove as a present? Just enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping details at checkout. Your confirmation and receipt come to you. The Play Promise starts from the delivery date.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
